C.O.D is only available in Australia. Australia Post has a COD charge of approximately $9.95 which is in addition to the freight cost. All COD transactions are delivered through Australia Post. All goods purchased from this site are based on firm sale. We can not accept the return of goods for refund if you simply just change your mind. Faulty goods must be returned for exchange within 7 days or general warranty procedures apply. If you have a warranty request we are at your service to arrange as prompt as possible the repair of your precious goods. Contact us within Australia on 1800135688 for warranty service. To prove our confidence in the quality of the ATN Night Vision products, we are offering a 48 hour money back, satisfaction guarantee where you can assess the quality of the Night Vision unit. As long as you make the request for your refund within 48 hours after the delivery of the order you may qualify for a refund from NVT Pty Ltd on the purchase price of the night vision unit. Refunds are not offered on freight. The freight cost in returning the item is also non refundable.
The satisfaction guarantee is a way that you can check the quality of the night vision at night or in a dark area. We understand that some customers do not get the opertunity to view night vision at night or in a dark area prior to purchasing so the 48 hour period is designated for this to be done..
Weapon mounted night vision units such as rifle scopes, can not be assessed by mounting it on a rifle or weapon. The satisfaction guarantee applies to hand holding the night vision unit. Once it is mounted on a weapon the satisfaction guarantee in no longer valid.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to receive the refund?
NVT Pty Ltd will grant the refund as soon as it is requested, providing your payment has been received. If you paid via traditional postal means (check/money order), or credit card through NVT Pty Ltd, we will have the refund processed within the next 15 business days.
Note: NVT Pty Ltd can not guarantee the time it will take the credit card vendor to credit the refund but most have the amount of the refund credited back to the credit card by the next billing cycle.
What if I have more then one account and I only want to cancel one of them?
If you have multiple accounts on the NVT Pty Ltd server and decide to only cancel one of them, then NVT Pty Ltd will credit your remaining account(s) with the refund due you from the canceled account.
Exactly how much will I get back if I request a refund?
It depends. Refunds are based on the purchase price of the product less freight and handling. Freight costs in sending the returning the products are not refundable.
Damaged or soiled goods.
Any items which are marked, damaged or returned in a condition other that "AS NEW" A1 condition, will not be elligable for a refund. All original packaging must be returned in tact and not damaged to be eligible for a refund.
