For warranty on items purchased direct from NVT Pty Ltd in Australia or from the Australian websites at www.nvt.com.au or www.dillonprecision.com.au you can contact us via the contact us page or the online chat or call 0893137444. Please have a copy of your purchase receipt for reference. We look forward to being of service.

For warranty on items purchased from another retailer within Australia other than NVT Pty Ltd, you will need to contact that retailer for the warranty parts and service. NVT Pty Ltd does not offer warranty and after sales service for products purchased from other retailers.

Warranty parts for the Dillon reloading press do not include the freight cost or insurance. There is a basic freight charge of $14 for registered delivery with insurance. Heavy items will attract a higher freight cost.
